We announced today that Clayton, Dubilier and Rice (CD&R) has completed its acquisition of Cornerstone Building Brands. Upon receiving all approvals and satisfying all conditions, CD&R acquired all remaining outstanding shares of stock they did not already own. As a result of this transaction, Cornerstone Building Brands is now a privately held company and our stock will no longer be traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
